If something isn't working, tell us what happened and include your iPhone model and iOS version. For subscription issues, include your Support ID from Options in the app if you can access it. Please don't send passwords or payment details.
Manage your subscription
To manage or cancel your subscription, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone and select DashTown.
For refund requests, visit Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple handles App Store refunds.
